ABOUT ME
I was born amidst the dynamic energy of Argentina, deeply rooted in the profound traditions of my Lithuanian heritage, and later intertwined with the diverse American culture through familial and professional bonds. My life has been a rich tapestry of cultural experiences, each thread weaving a story of discovery, understanding, and connection.

From my earliest days, I exhibited a natural ability to navigate complex cultural landscapes. This innate skill wasn’t just a personal attribute but a precursor to my career, where I would become a guiding light in the realm of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) within the global corporate arena.

My professional journey has been as eclectic as it is enriching. Grounded in international marketing and business development, I honed my skills and insights working internationally with Fortune 500, tech startups, and non-profits in a variety of industries including consumer products, online marketplace, hospitality and education where business strategies and cultural nuances intersect. My journey across diverse cultural hubs like Indonesia, China, South Africa, and the United States has equipped me with invaluable insights, shaping a nuanced approach to leadership and collaboration in a global context. Every campaign, negotiation, and partnership has been a lesson in the intricate dance of cross-cultural engagement.

Recognizing the pivotal role of Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) in global business success, I sought to formalize and deepen my expertise.
Today, I guide executives and leaders of multinational organizations from cultural awareness to mastery. It’s a personalized approach, where each client’s unique cultural imprint is the starting point for a journey of discovery, adaptation, and transformation.

I hold a BA in Business Administration and an MBA from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). I am a CQ® Certified Facilitator from the Cultural Intelligence Center and have also completed my certification as an Intercultural Trainer from Purdue University and The Interchange Institute. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, discovering new places, and learning more about the people and the world around me.
